The Digital Equity Act (DE) provides $2.75 billion to establish programs to ensure that all people and communities have the skills, technology, and capacity needed to reap the full benefits of our digital economy.

The Affordable Connectivity Outreach Grant Program (ACP) provided 14.2 billion to provide qualifying low-income households discounts on broadband service and connected devices. However, the FCC brought the program to a close on May 31, 2024.
