ACD Telecom was proud to be a sponsor in UCF Alumni’s Boys & Girls CECS Day Event last week. Students in grades 9-12 participated in learning about STEM sciences through alumni-provided exhibits and activities. The goal of the event was to expose students to all that UCF CECS has to offer, generate awareness and excitement about STEM sciences, and highlight the accessibility of a college education. As a UCF alumni himself, Ali Shahnami, VP of ACD Telecom, was proud to showcase ACD Telecom’s R&D public safety drone and speak of his experiences at UCF as a student.
